Bogdan Gheorghiu, the current Minister of Culture, is a PNL deputy from Suceava and is 44 years old. She attended the courses of the Ecological University of Bucharest - Faculty of Arts - Acting, and she took her degree at the “George Enescu” University of Arts in Iași - Faculty of Acting. He founded the “Bucovina” Dramatic Theater after graduating from the Faculty and was a producer of television and radio shows, later the manager of a radio station in Rădăuți, and in 2002 he opened the local television station OTV Suceava. He was the president of the “Association of Local and Regional Televisions” (ATVLR) and opened the regional television station, Bucovina TV, currently the market leader, in Suceava. He joined the PNL in 2016, when he became a deputy. He owns several real estate properties in Suceava and Vadu Moldovei and is among the few Romanian officials who have icons and paintings in the declaration of fortune, worth about 30,000 euros.
