k) knowledge about man and nature;

l) the port;

m) spirituality;

n) other elements of intangible cultural heritage.

Application file for the title of LIVING HUMAN TREASURE it will contain:

a) recommendation from the community;

b) report prepared by a specialist in the fields of intangible cultural heritage;

c) Biographical Note, according to the Annex, an integral part of the Regulation;

d) documents / materials (photographs, CDs, DVDs, visual materials on digital or photographic support, etc.) that demonstrate the activity of the candidate for the title;

e) statement on one's own responsibility regarding the veracity of the information contained in the Biographical Note;

f) the written consent of the persons proposed under the conditions of art. 5 para. (1) lit. a and b regarding the application in order to obtain the title of LIVING HUMAN TREASURE.

The Commission may request data / materials in addition to those provided in the application file, in order to properly assess it.

program HUMAN TREASURES VII, implemented by the Ministry of Culture, through the National Commission for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, aims at safeguarding, preserving and transmitting the intangible cultural heritage. The program aims at identifying and recognizing at national level those who are custodians and transmitters of traditional values and who make, through their talent and effort, proof of the exceptional nature of performance, being able to transmit a certain element of intangible heritage in the form and traditional means. unaltered, thus helping to ensure its viability.
