Loghi is the typical and original representative of symbolism<\/a> m\u00fcnchenez (Bocklin) from Romania. He exposed the Artistic youth<\/a> and at Official Salons<\/i>.<\/p>\n

His artistic affirmation has occurred since 1899<\/a>. In the 1904<\/a> he had a personal exhibition in which he presented 120 works that confirmed his previous success. Following this exhibition, he was praised and compared to Franz von Stuck<\/a> and Gustav Klimt<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Fine connoisseur of German Symbolism and Jugendstil<\/a>acquis, Princess Maria<\/a> purchased the work "Oriental", exhibited by Loghi at his debut exhibition on March 1, 1902. In the following years, the princess bought five of the artist's paintings, three portraits, a religious scene and a rural one, with which he decorated the interiors. Works by artist Kimon Loghi are in National Museum of Art of Romania<\/a>, The Art Museum of Constan\u021ba<\/a>, Cotroceni National Museum<\/a>, Peles National Museum<\/a> as well as in numerous private collections in Romania and other countries. In 2006, the family of the collector and art dealer Dumitra\u0219cu Bedivan donated seven paintings by Kimon Loghi to the Art Museum of Constan\u021ba.<\/sup><\/p>\n

A large part of the paintings of Kimon Loghi, originally from the region Central Macedonia<\/a>, were bought by Greeks who wanted, in this way, to assume it as a national artist, and from Greece they arrived in museums or private collections in America.
